What should we do as far as rules and applications? Keep the old ones or make new ones?
I don't see anything wrong with the old application... but the rules could use a little editing. I mean, there's a thing about evening out the males and females, which really shouldn't matter unless the person who starts the roleplay says so... etc. ^_^
Or we could just scrap it all and write up a new set and application. Whatcha think?

I think numbers 5, 8, 12, and 13 can go out the window... can't they? The only one that I can really see debating would be thirteen, but posts should really be quality over quantity.
I like number 20. ^_^
So... we definately need to include things like respecting the staff and not posting until your application is accepted... Should we remove the capital letters rule? Some people use lowercase because their name just works that way...
As for the application, d'you just want to move it here and have that done?

With regard to the capital letters thing, it's sort of irrelevant because all log-ins end up entirely lowercase anyway. It's only the display name that can have capitals, and if we're that bothered about it (which I might be... *hugs capital letters* Miaow) we have the power to change it...
Oh, and I'm thinking perhaps we should keep rule 12? I've already made it difficult enough to read stuff with the black and red, tiny fonts aren't going to help any. ^_^

I think the app is okay, except we should probably add other forum usernames on the contact part.

My opinion:
2,3: combine them
6,7: combine them
8: cut
9: too obvious (Its the reason why we are called literate legion
10,11,14: combine
And that's it. Add various websites they have been joined to, and what names they had (in case someone here reconizes them) to the application board.

14. Do not spam your application with bumps while you wait. Lali or/and Ru'Thor will respond as soon as possible.
The or/and is because... should we both approve an application, or just one of us? If we both need to, we should add that in.
15. If you are not accepted, don't blame the admins! Literacy IS required. You can always try again.
The rest looks good to me.

Bree, honey, did you see the top board on the homepage? In the General section? It's called the Rules, and has only one post in it. The modified version of these.
