Shira gots an idea, and it goes as this:
TOTAL RECRUITING GAME! The person who recruits the most people gets extra karma points, or extra posts, or something like that, you know what I mean? I don't know if that's what you'd get, 'cause the Tag Team is in charge of that, but with only eight members it's kinda slow..........different voices, and different roleplayers (so Alek could finally get her CSI roleplayers she's desperately been looking for).
Just an idea.

Aaah! I like that idea! Like it a lot!
We could have the most recruits at the end of each month... and winner could get karma and a title thingy...

Hm, the only problem is what if the people one recruits don't end up roleplaying? I mean they may make an account but it is up to them wether they actually post or not.

That's true, but like you said, that's ultimately up to them. I think, though, that just getting people to recruit is good. At least some of them will end up being regular updaters. ^_^ Hopefully. I'm all for it. My last roleplay board died miserably. T_T

Which one was it, Rie? Is it on THIS site, or the OLD site? I don't think I saw one by you... or maybe I did and am just dilusional...

Roleplay board, or roleplay site?
Most of the sites I've joined have died before long. It's like having me as a member is the kiss of death or something...

Well... here you're part of the UATT, so it doesn't apply. ^_^
Shaved Ice is dying, and that depresses me... I had a great RP going... and it just... cut off. Now I'm going to kill myself over what COULD have happened!
*shiver*
Note to the general public: While Ru can generally wait a while for a post, she does not handle it well when they are cut off without warning.

I meant site. This other roleplay site I was on died a sad and tragic death. It made me cry. *sniff*

Two major sites that died on me were Just Another Redwall and Ceterus Oraculum - The Other Prophecy. *sigh* The Co-Op created Lali and Caly. I miss it. Although I think I can still find the horrifically lengthy character application form we had to fill in. Heehee. That could be fun.

What we could do is ask the new recruits to consistantly post for a week or two, and then the person who recruited them then gets credit towards their name. And constistanly post means like once or twice a day for the two weeks or so, just to say "Hey, I'm alive" sort of thing.

Meh, I say at least once every two days. I know most of us try to post at least once a day, but sometimes that's just not possible. Add to the fact that not everyone has internet access at home and have to go somewhere else to get their fix, I think that once every two days sounds fair.
