Role Playing Experience: I've been roleplaying for nearly three years. I've belonged to various proboards sites, and roleplay on Neopets.
IC Information
Role Play Sample: Sunlight danced over the water of the lake, late in the evening. That lake was the only break in the forest for miles- there was seemingly nothing but trees, shrubs, and that sudden break of water. The greenery might be pleasing, but after a few weeks (which was, unfortunately, how long it would take to get from one end to the other on foot), it could be enough to drive one insane.
One such case- the youth who had sank to his knees next to said lake, letting his small pack drop beside him as he drank. The boy was of a wiry build, short to go on, with unruly black hair and pale blue eyes. Bare-footed (not that he minded- even sandals were a tad too confining) and cloaked, the boy had been tramping through this forest for what seemed like much more than three days to him.
Under the cloak was a small dagger- not worth much, but deadly in the right hands, which the boy had. One of his few skills, aside from sneaking about unheard, was swordsmanship- knifesmanship, in this case, though it wasn't a real word. Or was it? The boy didn't know, because he couldn't read or write. Not a big loss, in his opinion.
The boy was around fifteen years old, though if one went by his height, he might have been thirteen. His name, though he gave it to few others, was Jakkin. As his 'talents' might suggest, Jakkin was a thief. He tended not to stay in one place for too long; how could one steal from a place and try to sell the object in the same town? No, Jakkin was safer wandering about... for instance, now, his pack contained a few items that might fetch him enough price for a night's bed and meal- but before he could dwell on that, he had to get out of the damned forest- a task which was turning out to be considerably harder than he'd thought.
The Genres:
medieval/fantasy
dragons
elementals
vampire
Artemis Fowl
Harry Potter
Warriors
Avatar: the Last Airbender
Pokemon (maybe)
Soul Calibur 2
... and more... I tend to add and remove things from my list.
